Our dedicated customer service team operates from 9 am-5 pm Monday – Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
We ask that payment is made within 3 days of the auction ending via PayPal.
We will dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice.
Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking to update on eBidz.
If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may contact you with a suggested upgrade to the service.
We cannot hold items once payment is made & we cannot send your item or items to an alternate address.
Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction.
